Refund Policy

Customers can enjoy a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.  If your product does not function as it should within 30 days of purchases, you may request a complete refund.  

Refunds are non-applicable to rentals.


Delivery Policy

In stock products are shipped within 1 business day.  Non-stock and custom made goods are delivered on an order to order basis.  

Calibrations are generally turned around within 2 business days of receipt.  

Repairs are determined on an individual basis

 

Return Policy

Purchased items may be returned within 30 days, subject to a 10% restocking fee and applicable credit card transaction fees.
